Company property

  1. After the probation period, an employee can request for the equipment such as a laptop and/ or software installation he/she needs.
  2. After a complete analysis of the need, the employee can be provided with the requested equipment.
  3. Employees send the request form or mail to the HR department about the type of equipment or software installation.
  4. Employees sign the company asset declaration form once they receive any type of property from the company.
  5. As many employees are working from home, they should give the correct address to deliver the equipment.
  6. By the separation date, the employee has to return the office property without fail as per the policy.
  7. By the separation date, the employee should let the company know how they replace the company property.
