Not all employees are eligible for all leave types.
Conditions for an employee to be eligible for a leave type:
- A minimum waiting period of 3 months from the date of joining to apply for any type of leave.
- Leaves cannot be taken in conjunction with another leave type. For example, taking a sick leave along with earned leave is disallowed.
- To be eligible for the encashment of earned leave, the employee must be working in SCube at least for 1 year.
- Every woman who has put in continuous employment of 1 year or more shall be entitled to maternity benefits.
