Employee Relieving Policies

The employee should send a proper formal email to HR and cc their Team lead, Immediate Manager, and Project Manager.

To receive the benefits like experience certificate, conduct, and reference, the employee should have:

  • Worked for SCube for at least a minimum of 6 months
  • Should have a minimum of 1 EL and 1 SL per month for the rest of the year

Notice Period and Rules:

  • The notice period will be of 1 month compulsorily. Employees can avail leave during the notice period but they will need to compensate for the leave taken to get relieved.
  • In case of immediate termination due to unforeseen circumstances, one month’s salary should be paid.
  • If failed to do the above, no relieving benefits can be availed by the employee.
