Employee Termination

  • The management has the right to terminate the employees who are in the probationary period or contract or part-time without prior notice.
  • The employees should give the termination letter four weeks before the date of leaving the company.
  • The Company will give notice of redundancy 4 weeks in advance if the employee is sacked.

The Management can terminate anyone in the company :

  1. Due to lack of code of conduct
  2. Who doesn’t fit the company’s values and principles
  3. Taken unpaid leave for more than 5 days without a proper explanation or need
  4. Underwent training and still couldn’t perform well in production or who doesn’t fill their roles and responsibilities dutifully.
  5. Misuse of company or company values
  6. Who are involved in any illegal activities that are banned by the government of India.
