Feedback & Engagement Survey

  1. The management appreciates open feedback from the employees! So the employees feel free to give feedback (and appreciation!) to your colleagues and supervisors.
  1. Two feedback cycles per year will be held.
  2. We want to become better as a company and as an employer!
  3. The employees are encouraged to give us feedback on how we are doing regarding our vision, leadership, culture, etc. in our engagement survey. It’s anonymous and highly valuable to us!
  4. The results and our learnings will be shared with the employees.
